Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when and how you can obtain a refund on VoiceCraft, operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland (Reg. 765033). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Payment Policy, and Cancellation Policy. Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have under EU law.
Failed renders
If a narration render fails, the credits reserved for that render are returned to your balance automatically. You do not need to contact us for failed-render refunds. Because credit accounting is append-only, a failed generation is reconciled by crediting your balance back, so you are never charged credits for audio you did not receive.
Mispronunciations and quality
AI-generated narration may occasionally contain mispronunciations, artefacts, or pacing you did not expect. A render that completes successfully has consumed credits even if you would have narrated the passage differently. We are not able to refund successfully completed renders on the basis of subjective preference, but you are welcome to adjust your text or narrator and generate again. If you believe a completed render reflects a genuine fault in the Service rather than a model limitation, contact us and we will review it.
Unused credits
Unused credit packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase, in line with your EU consumer withdrawal rights, provided that none of the credits in the relevant purchase have been used. Once you have begun using a pack's credits, that pack is treated as partly consumed and is no longer eligible for a full withdrawal refund, although your statutory rights for faulty service still apply.
How to request
To request a refund, email help@voicecraft.space from the email address associated with your account, and tell us which purchase the request relates to. We may ask for the invoice number to locate the purchase. We aim to respond within 5 working days.
Method and timing
Approved refunds are returned to the original card used for the purchase, through our payment provider. We do not issue refunds by cash, transfer, or any other method. Once a refund is approved, it may take several business days to appear on your statement, depending on your card issuer.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above. Changes do not affect refund rights that have already accrued on a purchase.
