Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellation works on VoiceCraft, operated by Bruo Systems Limited, 2c Grangegorman Lower, Smithfield, Dublin, Ireland (Reg. 765033). It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Payment Policy, and Refund Policy.

No subscription

VoiceCraft does not use subscriptions or recurring billing. You only pay for the prepaid credits you choose to buy, so there is no recurring plan, membership, or auto-renewal to cancel. You are never charged automatically; a charge only occurs when you confirm a credit-pack purchase.

Cancelling a purchase

If you have just bought a credit pack and have not used any of the credits in that purchase, you can cancel it for a full refund within 14 days, in line with your EU consumer withdrawal rights. To cancel a purchase, email help@voicecraft.space from your account email and tell us which purchase you wish to cancel; please see the Refund Policy for how refunds are processed. Once you have begun using a pack's credits, that purchase is treated as partly consumed and is no longer eligible for a full withdrawal refund.

Cancelling a generation

Narration generation is fast and usually completes within a short time, so individual generation requests cannot generally be cancelled once submitted. If a generation fails, the credits reserved for it are returned to your balance automatically, as described in the Refund Policy.

Closing your account

You can close your account at any time from Settings. Closing your account removes your personal data as described in our Privacy Policy, along with any audio we host for you. Any remaining unused credits are forfeited when you close your account, except where a statutory refund right applies to a recent, wholly unused purchase. Closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of credits you have already used.

Our right to cancel

We may suspend or close an account, and cancel access to the Service, where you breach our Terms of Service, where required by law, or to protect the Service or its users. Where we close an account for these reasons, we will handle any refund of unused credits in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Cancellation Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
